What is the difference between the Website Packages and the Growth Bundles?
Website packages are one-time payments that get your agency online with a professional, SEO-ready site. Growth bundles include everything in the website packages plus ongoing managed marketing (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, GMB, coaching, and more) billed every 6 months so we have enough runway to deliver real results.
Can I add services to my website package later?
Yes. You can add any service or add-on to your account at any time after purchasing a website package. You are never locked in. Start lean and layer on services as your agency grows.
Do I need to pay for ad spend on top of the management fee?
Yes. Ad management fees cover campaign strategy, setup, and ongoing optimization. Ad spend on Google, Meta, and Nextdoor is funded directly by you to those platforms and is not included in our fees.
When does GMB Optimization billing start if I am on a website package?
For Basic and Basic Plus clients who add GMB Optimization, billing starts at month 3. Your first two payments cover the site build-out phase, so you are not charged for the optimization service until your site is live and indexed.
Is hosting included in the price?
The $150/month hosting fee is waived for any client on a growth bundle or with an active add-on service. Website-only clients without active add-ons pay hosting separately.
What happens after I select a package?
After choosing your package and add-ons, you will complete a short intake form, sign your service agreement, and book your onboarding call. Your invoice is sent after booking and must be paid to confirm your start date.
Are the Growth Bundles locked into a long contract?
Growth bundles are billed every 6 months. This structure gives us enough runway to plan and execute campaigns that deliver real, measurable results instead of chasing month-to-month metrics.
What is the difference between Basic and Basic Plus?
Basic Plus adds a full SEO route set that typically ranks in 30 days, a blog and glossary system for ongoing content, a branding kit, and GMB tab access. Everything in Basic is included.
